At Fortitude Family Chiropractic, our mission is to educate and empower our hometown community of Jacksonville to take control of their health through neurologically based chiropractic care.

It is our desire to see every individual and family in our community reach their God given health potential to foster their innate mental and physical fortitude.

OUR VISION

It is our vision at Fortitude Family Chiropractic to not just be a healthcare provider but to be a healthcare changer. Now we all seek a life full of enjoyment, happiness, and well-being, more importantly doing the things we love with the people we care the most about. One of the most important ways to achieve these desires is to be living a life without pain, dysfunction, or dis-ease.

The human body is a truly incredible and amazing thing, capable of immense healing powers. However it is only able to do that if it is able to function properly to help prevent and deal with pain and dis-ease. For we believe a community that is completely free of dis-ease and conscious about their health can have an impact not just locally but globally.

WHAT SETS US APART

The reason that we have the word “family” in our name is because when you enter our doors you are not just another patient or number more importantly you are part of the family. All of our care is individualized to each individual to maximize your health goals. In our office we believe in using state of the art technology to help get to the root cause of your health concern rather than just chasing pain and symptoms. We use neurological assessments, muscle assessments, and when needed we are able to take specific chiropractic postural x-ray in our onsite x-ray suite. Just know to us you are not just another diagnosis or label, when you come through our doors you are members of our hometown community and part of the Fortitude Family.
